This Billing & Payments Policy (“Policy”) forms part of the Terms and Conditions of Trenxy.com (“Trenxy”, “we”, “our”, “us”) and governs the payment methods, billing process, and related obligations of customers (“you”, “your”) who purchase products through our website. 1.2 The availability of payment methods may vary depending on your location, order value, and other criteria determined by Trenxy.
2. Payment Authorization
2.1 By providing payment details at checkout, you confirm that you are legally authorized to use the selected payment method.
2.2 All payments are subject to verification, authorization, and approval by the issuing bank or payment provider. Trenxy shall not be liable for any delay or denial of authorization by such entities.
2.3 In case of payment failure, the order shall be deemed incomplete and will not be processed further.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
3.1 COD may be available for certain orders, subject to serviceability of your delivery location.
3.2 Customers are required to pay the full order value in cash at the time of delivery.
3.3 Repeated refusals of COD orders without valid cancellation may result in suspension of COD facility for future purchases at Trenxy’s discretion.
4. Pricing and Billing Errors
4.1 Trenxy strives to ensure that all product prices, fees, and charges listed on the website are accurate.
4.2 However, in the event of typographical errors, incorrect pricing, or technical inaccuracies, Trenxy reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at the incorrect price.
4.3 If the order has already been paid for, the amount will be refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
5. Currency and Taxes
5.1 All transactions on Trenxy.com are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
5.2 Prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) and other statutory levies, unless stated otherwise.
5.3 Any additional taxes, duties, or surcharges applicable under law shall be borne by the customer.
6. Security of Payments

6.2 While we take all reasonable precautions, Trenxy shall not be held liable for any unauthorized access, hacking, or misuse of payment data by third parties beyond our reasonable control.
7. Fraudulent Transactions
7.1 Trenxy reserves the right to cancel any order that appears to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of this Policy.
7.2 Such cases may be reported to the concerned payment provider, bank, or law enforcement authorities as deemed necessary.
8. Refunds
8.1 Refunds, where applicable, shall be governed by our Refund Policy.
8.2 Refunds will only be made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, unless otherwise specified.
9. Liability
9.1 Trenxy shall not be liable for any transaction failures, delays, or losses arising due to issues attributable to the customer’s bank, payment gateway, UPI service, wallet provider, or other third-party payment services.
9.2 Our maximum liability in relation to billing and payments shall be limited to refunding the amount received against the cancelled or disputed order, subject to the terms of this Policy.
