Returns, Exchanges, Refunds & Warranty Policy
At Trenxy, we want you to shop with confidence. If something doesn’t work out, we make it simple to return, refund, exchange, or report a defect — fairly and transparently. Our policies comply with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the E-Commerce Rules, 2020 (India).
- Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges
Products can be returned or exchanged within 5–7 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
✔️ Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
✔️ Proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation) is required.
✔️ Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged or defective product (manufacturing issue)
- Missing parts or incomplete order
- Size/fit issues (wherever applicable to belts or straps)
❌ Returns will not be accepted if:
- Item shows signs of use, wear, washing, or alteration
- Return request is raised after the return window has expired
- Product falls under the Non-Returnable category (see below)
- Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
Certain products cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive defective or damaged:
- Customized, monogrammed, or personalized items (e.g., engraved luggage tags, custom wallets)
- Gift cards, vouchers, or promotional items
- Clearance, final sale items, or final-price items (marked as non-returnable at checkout)
- Used, damaged, or altered products (not due to our error)
- Warranty & Defective Products
At Trenxy, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. If your product is defective, damaged, or has a manufacturing fault, we’ll make it right.
Covered Manufacturing Defects:
- Broken/faulty zippers, buckles, or clasps
- Stitching or seam issues
- Material defects (peeling, tearing under normal use)
- Missing components (e.g., detachable straps, handles, or parts)
Not Covered:
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, scuffs from use)
- Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or neglect (e.g., overstuffing bags, water damage on non-waterproof items)
- Alterations or unauthorized repairs
- Damage during airline/courier handling
Resolution Options:
- Replacement of the defective product (subject to availability)
- Exchange for another item of equal value
- Refund to the original payment method if replacement/exchange is not possible
👉 To claim warranty support, please provide your order details and clear photos/videos of the defect.
- Return / Exchange Process
We’ve made the return & refund/exchange process simple:
Request → Pickup → QC (Quality Check) → Refund/Exchange
- Log in to your Trenxy.com account → My Orders → Submit a return/exchange request, OR contact support at hi@trenxy.com
- Provide order ID, reason for return/exchange, and photos (if applicable).
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Our courier partner will arrange pickup (where available). If pickup is unavailable, you may be asked to self-ship.
- Once the item reaches our warehouse, it will undergo Quality Check (QC).
- Approval & Outcome
Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
- If approved: Refund or exchange will be processed.
- If rejected: The product will be returned to you, and no refund/exchange will be issued.
- Refund Policy
- Refunds are initiated only after QC approval.
- Refunds are credited back to the original payment method used at checkout (except for COD).
Timelines:
- Prepaid Orders (UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, Cards): 7–10 business days (subject to bank processing).
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be issued via bank transfer within 7–15 business days.
Deductions/ Non-Refundable Charges:
- Shipping fees, COD charges, or handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong/ defective item).
- If discounts/coupons were applied, the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
Partial Refunds: May be issued in cases such as missing items, late return requests approved exceptionally, or products not in original condition.
- Exchange Policy
We offer hassle-free exchanges within 5–7 days of delivery for eligible products.
Exchanges are allowed for:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged/defective product
- Size/fit issues (belts, straps, etc.)
Conditions:
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags/labels intact.
- Exchange is subject to stock availability. If the requested product/size is unavailable, you may:
- Choose another product of equal value, OR
- Opt for a refund
👉 Note: Only one free exchange per order is allowed. Additional exchanges may attract handling/shipping fees.
