Cancellation Policy
This Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) forms part of the Terms and Conditions of Trenxy.com (“Trenxy”, “we”, “our”, “us”) and governs the cancellation of orders placed by customers (“you”, “your”) through our website. By placing an order on Trenxy.com, you agree to the terms outlined herein.
- Order Cancellation by Customer
1.1 Customers may request to cancel their order within 24 (twenty four) hours of placing it, or before the order has been dispatched, whichever is earlier.
1.2 Orders can be cancelled through either of the following methods:
- By logging into your Trenxy account and selecting the cancellation option available under “My Orders”.
- By contacting our support team at support@trenxy.com with your order number and cancellation request.
1.3 If the cancellation request is approved and the order is prepaid, the refund shall be processed to the original mode of payment within 5–10 business days, subject to standard banking timelines.
- Cancellation After Dispatch
2.1 Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, it is not eligible for cancellation.
2.2 In such cases, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy to request a return or exchange after delivery, subject to applicable conditions.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
3.1 Customers placing COD orders are required to accept the delivery upon arrival.
3.2 If you wish to cancel a COD order, you must do so within the allowed cancellation window through your Trenxy account or by contacting customer support.
3.3 Repeated refusal of COD orders, without prior cancellation, may result in suspension of the COD payment option for future purchases at our discretion.
- Exceptions to Cancellation
4.1 The following categories of products are non-cancellable once confirmed:
- Customized or personalized products
- Bulk or corporate orders
- Clearance, discounted, or “final sale” items marked as non-returnable/non-cancellable
4.2 Cancellation requests for such items shall not be accepted under any circumstances.
- Cancellation by Trenxy
5.1 We reserve the right to cancel any order, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion, including but not limited to the following situations:
- Product is unavailable or out of stock
- Errors in pricing, product description, or listing information
- Payment authorization failure or incomplete transactions
- Orders flagged as suspicious, fraudulent, or in violation of our Terms and Conditions
5.2 In the event of such cancellation, customers shall be notified promptly. Any prepaid amount shall be refunded in full to the original mode of payment within 5–10 business days.
- Liability
6.1 Trenxy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from order cancellations, other than the obligation to refund amounts expressly stated in this Policy.
