Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions, such as:

  • Defective or broken zippers, buckles, or hardware
  • Faulty bonding, adhesive issues, or seam separation
  • Stitching defects or strap failures due to workmanship
  • Lining or fabric issues resulting from production faults

This guarantee applies only when the product is used for its intended purpose and under normal conditions.

  1. What is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (including fading, scuffing, scratches, or material softening)
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, overloading, or improper handling
  • Exposure to extreme temperatures, water damage, chemicals, or cleaning agents
  • Natural characteristics of materials such as marks, wrinkles, or slight color variations (especially in leather and PU)
  • Unauthorized alterations, modifications, or repairs
  • Loss, theft, or damage occurring during transit
  • Clearance, discounted, or final-sale items

⚠️ We reserve the right to reject fraudulent or fake claims, including intentional product damage, duplicate claims, and counterfeit products.

  1. How to File a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect covered under warranty, please follow these steps:

    • Order number / proof of purchase
    • Clear photos or videos of the defect
  1. Our team will review your claim within 5–7 business days.
  2. If approved, Trenxy will provide a suitable resolution, which may include:
    • Product repair (if feasible)
    • Replacement with the same or equivalent item
    • Store credit or partial refund (if repair or replacement is not possible)
  1. Important Notes
  • Customers may be required to ship the defective product back to Trenxy; shipping costs may apply unless the defect is confirmed under warranty.
  • Replacement products are covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period.
  • Warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Trenxy.com or authorized sellers.
