Shipping & Delivery Policy
This Shipping & Delivery Policy (“Policy”) forms part of the Terms and Conditions of Trenxy.com (“Trenxy”, “we”, “our”, “us”) and governs the shipping and delivery of products purchased by customers (“you”, “your”) through our website. By placing an order on Trenxy.com, you agree to the terms set out herein.
- Order Processing
1.1 All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days of receipt.
1.2 Orders placed on weekends or public holidays shall be processed on the next working day.
1.3 Customized, personalized, or bulk orders may require additional processing time. Customers will be notified in such cases.
- Shipping Timelines
2.1 The estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
- Metro Cities (India): 2–5 business days
- Other Locations (India): 4–8 business days
- Remote/Out-of-Service Areas: Delivery time may vary depending on courier partner availability
2.2 Delivery timelines are estimates only and are subject to external factors including courier partner constraints, weather conditions, strikes, government restrictions, and other unforeseen events.
2.3 Trenxy shall not be liable for any delay in delivery caused by such external factors.
- Shipping Charges
3.1 Trenxy offers free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹[X] (insert threshold).
3.2 Orders below the free-shipping threshold, or orders placed via Cash on Delivery (COD), may attract additional delivery charges. Such charges shall be displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation.
3.3 Shipping and handling charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
- Delivery Partners
4.1 Trenxy partners with reputed and reliable third-party courier companies to deliver your orders.
4.2 The choice of delivery partner for each order shall remain at the sole discretion of Trenxy.
- Tracking of Orders
5.1 Once dispatched, customers shall receive an email/SMS notification with tracking details.
5.2 Customers may track their order either through the courier partner’s website or via the “My Orders” section after logging into their Trenxy account.
- Delivery Attempts
6.1 Courier partners will attempt delivery at the shipping address provided at checkout.
6.2 In the event of non-availability of the customer at the delivery address, multiple attempts may be made by the courier before the product is marked as undeliverable.
6.3 If delivery fails due to incorrect address, repeated non-availability, or refusal to accept delivery, the order may be returned to Trenxy. In such cases, any reshipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
- Risk of Loss and Damage
7.1 All items purchased from Trenxy are shipped pursuant to a shipment contract with third-party courier partners.
7.2 Risk of loss and title for such items shall pass to the customer upon delivery to the address provided at the time of order.
7.3 Customers must inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the package is tampered with, damaged, or opened, customers are advised to refuse delivery and contact Trenxy immediately.
- Delivery Issues and Claims
8.1 Any complaints regarding non-delivery, damaged goods, or delivery discrepancies must be reported to Trenxy within 48 hours of the expected delivery date or receipt of the package.
8.2 Claims reported after the stipulated period shall not be entertained.
8.3 Resolution of delivery-related claims shall be subject to verification by Trenxy and its courier partners.
- International Shipping
9.1 At present, Trenxy ships only within India.
9.2 International shipping services may be introduced in the future and will be subject to separate terms and conditions.
- Liability
10.1 Trenxy shall not be liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party courier services or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
10.2 Trenxy’s liability in case of delivery issues shall be limited solely to providing a replacement, reshipment, or refund in accordance with its Refund Policy.
